At Nayomi Saudi Arabia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Nayomi account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.
Pack the Items
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Place them securely in the original packaging along with the invoice.
Hand Over to Courier
Our delivery partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup from your location at a convenient time.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
